THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE SERVICES WHICH SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY NEEDS OF ANCHORAGE, ALASKA AND ITS CITIZENS, OR OTHER SERVICES AS PERMITTED FOR TAX EXEMPT CORPORATIONS IN ALASKA, OR ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR IN OTHER COUNTRIES OR AREAS BEYOND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
