AT ANEWAY, OUR MISSION IS TO DEVELOP NEW SMALL BUSINESSES THAT EMPLOY AND EMPOWER PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT, SOCIAL PROGRAMS, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS. WITH 86% OF ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED AND UNENGAGED WITH SOCIETY, THE NEED FOR THESE OPPORTUNITIES IS UNDENIABLE. WE'RE HERE TO BRIDGE THAT GAP, FOSTERING A COMMUNITY WHERE EVERY PERSON, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY, CAN LEAD A FULFILLING LIFE WITH DIGNITY AND PURPOSE.
