PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ANGELO STATE UNIVERSITY (ASU) TO ADDRESS THE INSTITUTION'S BROAD-BASED NEEDS. OVERSEES MANAGEMENT, INVESTMENT, AND DISTRIBUTION OF ALL FOUNDATION FUNDS FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AT ASU AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH DONORS' WISHES.
