A.F.E.W. is a group of volunteers that work with the public to help to re home their pets without going through the shelter system. We service the tri-state area of NY NJ and PA. We often intervene and will finance spay neuter and veterinary assistance to low-income residents who would not otherwise have the resources to care for their animals. We also provide financial support for the medical care of the animals in the municipal shelters and incur boarding costs to move animals from them to avoid euthanasia.
