These services are for children birth through four years of age (and their families) who have been identified as high risk, premature, having diagnosed disabilities, or having any type of developmental delay(s) no matter how mild or severe. These services include resources and supports that assist the families in maximazing their child's development, while respecting the culture, strengths and needs of the family.
