THE AGENCY'S SERVICE AREA INCLUDES CHARLOTTE, COLLIER, DESOTO, GLADES, HENDRY, LEE AND SARASOTA COUNTIES. THE AGENCY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING AN AREA PLAN AND SUBGRANTING FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDS TO DIRECT PROVIDERS OF SERVICES FOR OLDER PERSONS TO ACHEIVE THE PLAN GOALS.
