THE COUNCIL IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY TO PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF THE CONCRETE MASONRY INDUSTRY IN ARIZONA. THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO FURTHER THESE INTERESTS BY ENGAGING IN A NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: (A) PLANNING, IMPLEMENTING, OR CONDUCTING PROGRAMS FOR RECRUITING INDIVIDUALS INTO THE CONCRETE MASONRY WORKFORCE; (B) DEVELOPING AND IMPROVING ACCESS TO EDUCATION FOR INDIVIDUALS SEEKING EMPLOYMENT IN THE FIELDS OF MANUFACTURING OR INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE MASONRY PRODUCTS, SUCH AS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS; (C) PLANNING, IMPLEMENTING, OR CONDUCTING PROGRAMS OF EDUCATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAINING INDIVIDUALS IN THE FIELDS OF MANUFACTURING OR INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE MASONRY PRODUCTS; (D) DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE DIVERSITY AMONG THE CONCRETE MASONRY WORKFORCE;
