Mission
ARKANSAS EMPLOYMENT CAREER CENTERS' MISSION IS TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH CAREER OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH EDUCATION AND TRAINING. THE PRIMARY TARGET GROUPS ARE INDIVIDUALS RETURNING HOME FROM INCARCERATION, VETERANS, HOMELESS, AND YOUNG ADULTS WHO CANNOT FIND EMPLOYMENT.
