The Arkansas Self-Insurers Guaranty Fund, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation incorporated on May 12, 1992, under the provision of Act 796 of the 78th General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. The members of the Guaranty Fund are private sector employers recognized as Workers' Compensation Self-Insurers by the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission. The purpose of the Guaranty Fund is to protect workers' compensation benefits.
