THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE THE BETTERMENT OF CONDITIONS OF THE POLICE OFFICERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER ST CLAIR. THE ASSOCIATION WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING REGARDING COMPENSENTATION, HOURS, WORKING CONDITIONS, GRIEVANCES AND OTHER EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE DONE EVERY THREE YEARS. THE POLICE CONTRACT IS UP FOR RENEGOTIATING IN DECEMBER 31, 2019.
