THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO OWN AND OPERATE A PRIVATE SOCIAL CLUB AND THE GOLF, TENNIS AND ANY OTHER RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL FACILITIES LOCATED THEREON FOR THE RECREATION, PLEASURE AND BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS.
