Mission

To serve the objectives and purposes of its parent, Atlantic Coast ASC Holding Company, Inc. in supporting and benefiting Florida Community Health Network Corp/Memorial Foundation and the South Broward Hospital District and its residents through ownership of a 51% controlling interest in Ambulatory Surgical Facility of South Florida, LLLP, DBA Memorial Same Day Surgery Centers (ASFSF). ASFSF operates ambulatory surgical facilities in the hospital district providing quality health services to residents of the district at reasonable costs, operating in accordance with the community benefit standards of tax exempt healthcare organizations.
