(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "AIM OR "THE ASSOCIATION") IS TO FOSTER, ADVANCE AND PROMOTE THE WORLDWIDE INTEREST OF THE AUTOMATIC IDENTIFICATION AND DATA CAPTURE INDUSTRY, TO COMPILE & ISSUE BASIC TRADE INFORMATION, TO PROMOTE & ENLARGE A MORE FRIENDLY INTERCOURSE AMONG ITS MEMBERS, AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER LAWFUL TRADE ASSOCIATION PURPOSE CONDUCTED ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS.
