IN ADDITION, THE FAMILY OF THOSE CHILDREN DO NOT RECEIVE FEDERAL OR STATE ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFY. QUALIFIED FAMILIES ARE ELIGIBLE REGARDLESS OF RACE, CREED OR RELIGION.
