ALSO TO ESTABLISH NETWORKS AND SYNERGIES WITH OTHER GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS DEDICATED TO EYE AND/OR OTHER RARE DISEASE ISSUES AND TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC REGARDING BCM.
