THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED FOR EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES INCLUDING, AS STATED IN ITS FORMATION DOCUMENT, "(A) TO RAISE FUNDS TO SUPPORT QUALITY OF LIFE INITIATIVES THROUGH WELLNESS, EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AND PROGRAMS THAT DIRECTLY BENEFIT LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS, YOUTH, CHILDREN, FAMILIES, SENIORS AND DISABLED PERSONS LIVING IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH THOSE DEVELOPMENTS ARE LOCATED; AND/OR (B) TO OBERATE OR PROVIDE DRIECTLY SUCH PROGRAMS AND SERVICES."
