SPONSORED AND DIRECTED BY LOCAL PEOPLE, RC&D PROVIDES A REGIONAL FRAMEWORK TO IMPROVE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL CONDITIONS BY CONSERVING, UTILIZING, AND DEVELOPING THE NATURAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES OF SOUTH-CENTRAL MONTANA.
