ALL ACTIVITIES WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS AND TRADITIONS OF ORTHODOX JUDAISM AS UNDERSTOOD BY THE CORPORATION'S RABBI YARON REUVEN. IN THE EVENT OF THIS CORPORATION'S DISSOLUTION ALL REMAINING ASSETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO IRS 501(C)(3) RECOGNIZED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WITH SIMILAR PURPOSE.
