THE MISSION OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE A QUALITY PRE-HOSPITAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE ("EMS") TO THE RESIDENTS AND GUESTS IN THE CORPORATION'S SERVICE AREA. THE CORPORATION WILL, TO THE BEST OF ITS ABILITY, RESPOND TO EMERGENCY AND NON-EMERGENCY REQUESTS IN A TIMELY AND SAFE MANNER CONSISTENT WITH EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ACT OF 1985 ("ACT 45"), AS ESTABLISHED BY THE COMMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA ON 3 JULY 1985, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
