THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2000 TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO EVERY QUALIFIED GRADUATE OF BELMOND-KLEMME HIGH SCHOOL WHO PURSUES ANY TYPE OF ACCREDITED POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION.
