TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A DUAL LANGUAGE OPEN-ENROLLMENT CHARTER SCHOOL AS PROVIDED UNDER THE TEXAS EDUCATION CODE FOR THE BENEFIT OF STUDENTS IN TEXAS, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THE STUDY OF MODERN HEBREW (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)AND PROVIDING SUCH STUDENTS WITH EDUCATION OPPORTUNITY AND PROGRAMS AS IT DEEMS APPROPRIATE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PURPOSES SET FORTH IN THE ORGANIZATION'S CERTIFICATE OF FORMATION.
