THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE BEACH CLUB AND TENNIS FACILITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS. THE MEMBERSHIP CONSIST OF MEMBERS OF BERMUDA HIGH WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., AND THE ADJACENT OCEAN CREST PROPERTY MEMBERS.
