BERNARD M. BARUCH COLLEGE ASSOCIATION OF THE CITY UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION CREATED FOR THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING AND CULTIVATING EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL, CULTURAL, AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AMONG STUDENTS OF BERNARD M. BARUCH COLLEGE. THE ASSOCIATION'S REVENUE IS DERIVED PRIMARILY FROM STUDENT ACTIVITY FEES LEVIED BY A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY AND COLLECTED BY THE COLLEGE.
