THE BENEFIT TRUST OFFERS WELFARE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES IN THE STATES OF OHIO, KENTUCKY, AND TENNESSEE, THEIR SPOUSES AND DEPENDENTS. THE TRUST SERVES AS A FUNDING MEDIUM FOR PAYMENT OF PLAN BENEFITS. PLAN BENEFITS INCLUDE HEALTH, LIFE, AND SHORT TERM DISABILITY COVERAGE.
