CORPORATION THAT WAS CONGRESSIONALLY CHARTERED IN 1965 ("BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF AMERICA") AND WHOSE MISSION IS, "TO ENABLE ALL YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO NEED US MOST, TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS PRODUCTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS."
