THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCEPTING, MANAGING, INVESTING AND DISPERSING FUNDS DIRECTLY TO THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF VALDOSTA, INC. TO AID IN THE SUPPORT OF THE YOUTH PROGRAMS OF THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF VALDOSTA, INC., WHETHER BY FUNDING PROGRAM COSTS AND/OR BY FUNDING THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND/OR REHABILITATION OF PROGRAM FACILITIES.
