OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO GRADUATING SENIORS OF BIG HORN HIGH SCHOOL FOR THEIR FIRST AND SECOND YEAR OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THEIR EDUCATION.
