AS A 509(A)(3) SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION, THE ORGANIZATION WILL FURTHER ITS EXEMPT PURPOSES BY CONTRIBUTING ASSETSTO THE BLICK CTR AS DETERMINED, FROM TIME TO TIME, BY THE ORGANIZATION'S DIRECTORS.
