BLUE COATS FOUNDATION, INC IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING CHARITABLE DISTRIBUTIONS TO THE DEPENDENTS OF POLICE OFFICERS, FIREFIGHTERS AND OTHER GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ENGAGED IN HAZADOUS DUTIES WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE LINE OF DUTY. ALL DISBURSEMENTS ARE IN FUTHERANCE OF THIS ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES CONSTITUTING THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OR FUNCTION FOR WHICH THE INSTITUTION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED.
