BNY MELLON CHARITABLE GIFT FUND IS A 501(C)(3) WHICH PROMOTES PHILANTHROPY BY RECEIVING CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS, BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO ENCOURAGE THE MAKING OF CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS, POOLING SUCH CONTRIBUTIONS FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSES, AND BY MAKING GIFTS TO ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ARE DEDICATED TO CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
