TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTION, TRAINING, EDUCATION AND MENTORING OF YOUNG PASTORS OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. THROUGH THE "TIME OF REFRESHING RETREATS" THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COUNSELING FOR YOUNG PASTORS IN HOW TO BALANCE THEIR WORK AND FAMILY LIFE.
