FOR PURPOSES OF FORM 990, ORGANIZATION WILL REFER TO FROST BANK, THE INSTITUTIONAL TRUSTEE OF THIS CHARITABLE TRUST. FROST BANK CARRIES OUT THE INTENT AND DIRECTIONS PROVIDED IN THE GOVERNING DOCUMENT OF THE TRUST. THIS TRUST WAS SET UP TO ASSIST THE BOERNE CEMETERY FOUNDATION INC, A TAX EXEMPT ORGAN- IZATION IN MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING THE BOERNE CEMETARY. THE FOUNDATION MUST REQUEST FUNDS FROM THE TRUSTEE.
