THE ASSOCIATION SHALL ALSO STRIVE TO PROMOTE SPORTSMANSHIP, COMPETITION, AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP THROUGH THE COOPERATIVE EFFORTS AND LEADERSHIP OF ITS COACHES AND ADVISORS.
