BOSTON PRESERVATION ALLIANCE (BPA) WAS FOUNDED IN 1978 TO ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF BOSTON'S DISTINCT ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE, WHICH BPA BELIEVES IS A NATIONAL TREASURE, CONTRIBUTING TO THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF BOSTON'S RESIDENTS AND VISITORS AND THE ECONOMIC HEALTH OF THE CITY.
