TO RECOGNIZE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT, REWARD TEACHER DEVELOPMENT, AND PROMOTE THE BRADFORD COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM THROUGH THE FUNDING OF TECHER PROJECTS AND BY PROVIDING ONE YEAR SCHOLARSHIPS TO SELECT FEW BRADFORD COUNTY STUDENTS.
