TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE AND GRADUATE SCHOOL STUDENTS, TO ENABLE THE RECIPIENTS TO COMPLETE AN UNDERGRADUATE OR GRADUATE EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF THEIR CHOICE AT THE COLLEGE OR GRADUATE SCHOOL OF THEIR CHOICE.
