PROVIDE WORKSHOPS AND SSUPPORT GROUPS TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH INTERVENTIONS AND RESORCES, MONITORING AND SUPPORT TO PREVENT DELINQUENCY IN YOUTH AND PREVENT SUBSTANCE AND ALCOHOL ABUSE IN YOUTH AND FAMILIES.
