THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE HEALTH AND MEDICAL COMMUNITY TO INTEGRATE WITH ONE ANOTHER AND OTHER RESPONSE AGENCIES AT A COUNTY, REGIONAL AND STATE LEVEL TO PROMOTE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS.
