PROVIDE A VENUE FOR ITS MEMBERS, DEDICATED TO IMPROVE THE BREEDING, EXHIBITION, SOLE AND PUBLICITY OF THE BUCKSKIN, DUN, RED DUN, GRULLA, DUBNALINO, AND BUCKSKIN HORSE BREEDS. ADDITIONALLY, THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH ALL CAN COMPETE IN A FAIR AND SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE MANNER AS WELL AS PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULT, YOUTH, AND AMATEUR DIVISIONS TO IMPROVE AND DEVELOP
