To provide its 500+ member firms news of new developments in Virginia's construction industry through the publication of a weekly bulletin listing construction projects with details for commercial, industrial and institutional public bidding activities in the private, state, local, VDOT, and federal sectors. To provide its members with the plans and specifications of the projects in the various sectors and additional related reference materials.
