WE HAVE GATHERED TOGETHER TO FORM THE BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL OF SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN BECAUSE WORKERS ENGAGED IN THE BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DESERVE A DECENT STANDARD OF LIVING. OUR COUNCIL IS DEDICATED IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT IN UNITY THERE IS STRENGTH AND IN THAT UNITY WE STRIVE TO IMPROVE WAGES AS WELL AS SECURE, SAFE AND HEALTHFUL WORKING CONDITIONS, ORGANIZE THE UNORGANIZED, ADVANCE APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING, AND IN OTHER WAYS MAKE BETTER THE LIVES OF WORKERS IN THE TRADES AND THEIR FAMILIES WHILE SERVING THE PUBLIC BY PROVIDING THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND VALUE IN ALL OF THE BUILDING PROJECTS ON WHICH WE ARE ENGAGED.
