THE ORGANIZATION EMPHASIZES THE PRESERVATION OF THE CADDO COMMUNITY WITH THE HOPE OF FOSTERING GREATER COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT TO HELP MAINTAIN AND FACILITATE THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.
