THIRD: TO RENDER SUCH OTHER AND FURTHER SERVICES FOR THE COMMON BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS, AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, IN AN EXPEDIENT AND EFFICIENT MANNER.
