SERVE THE CALLANDS COMMUNITY THROUGH A VOLUNTEER FORCE TO FIGHT FIRES AND DISASTER IN THE AREA. THE FIRE DEPARTMENTS PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY IS TO BE FIRST ON THE SCENE ALONG WITH OTHER EMS PERSONNEL IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCIES OCCURING IN THEIR AREA OF SERVICE.
