PROVIDING DESERVING CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 10-13 WITH OVERNIGHT CAMPING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AT NO COST TO THEIR FAMLY IN AN ATTEMPT TO COMBAT JUVENILE DELINQUENCY BY CREATING A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE CAMPING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
