THE INDEPENDENT FLORIDA ALLIGATOR IS A STUDENT NEWSPAPER WHICH IT IS RUN AND PUBLISHED BY STUDENTS ONLY. THE NEWSPAPER PROVIDES TRAINING & HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE TO STUDENTS IN THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF JOURNALISM PUBLISHING ADVERTISING AND BUSINESS.
