CANCER SUPPORT TEAM IS A UNIQUE, NON-PROFIT HOME CARE ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL NURSING, SOCIAL WORK AND OTHER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, FREE OF CHARGE, TO CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES LIVING IN SOUTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK.
