TO PROVIDE A QUALITY EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL CAMPING EXPERIENCE FOR YOUTHS AND ADULTS, AND TO FURTHER ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE SKILLS, ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARSHIP, SELF-ESTEEM AND POSITIVE ATTITUDES IN ALL INDIVIDUALS, AND FOR ALL OTHER CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 50L(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE ''CODE'').
