IS A NONPROFIT PUBLIC FOUNDATION THAT EXISTS TO DEVELOP AND CULTIVATE PHILANTHROPIC RELATIONSHIPS AND SUPPORT WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY IN ORDER TO FOSTER PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT WILL IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND PERSONAL DIGNITY OF CAPITAL HEALTH SYSTEM PATIENTS AND AREA COMMUNITY RESIDENTS.
