THE LEAGUE REQUIRES VOLUNTEERS TO PARTICIPATE IN BACKGROUND CHECKS, SAFETY TRAINING, AND POSITIVE COACHING ALLIANCE WORKSHOPS. THE WASHINGTON NATIONALS TEAM UP PROGRAM PROVIDES JERSEYS FOR ALL PLAYERS.
